Yes. we accept cases on behalf of both plaintiff and defense counsel. Our role is to provide an objective, evidence-based opinion on the standard of care — not to advocate for either side. My opinions follow the facts of the case, wherever they lead.
Yes. A preliminary case screening can help attorneys assess viability before committing to a full review. After reviewing core records, I can provide an informal verbal or brief written summary of my initial impressions, allowing you to make an informed decision about proceeding.
Fees are structured as an hourly rate for record review, report preparation, and consultation, with separate rates for deposition and trial testimony. A retainer is required prior to commencing work. A detailed fee schedule is provided upon initial contact. Our fees are not contingent on case outcome under any circumstances.
